Panic & Anxiety

What is anxiety?

Worry is an experience of fearful thoughts that show up constantly.

Anxiety happens when you feel it in your body. Nervous, trembling, afraid of when “it” is going to happen. You notice the increased heart rate and try to slow it down.

You can’t concentrate because of worry and anxiety. That creates more worry and anxiety, and the cycle begins.

It interferes with your life.

Anxiety disrupts your sleep. It ruins your rest.

At work, you can’t focus, can’t finish, can’t perform.

At home, you are impatient, short-tempered, and always on edge.

It makes life hard.

It can lead to panic attacks.

Panic attacks are even worse. You experience sudden confusion, racing heart, dizziness, and nausea.

Many people end up in the Emergency Room, thinking they’re having a heart attack. Or they stay home, worried they are having a heart attack, but are too embarrassed to ask for help.

You can get relief!

Anxiety stems from tangled interactions between thoughts, emotions, and situations. As complicated as it seems, with RRT, this cycle is naturally disabled.

We can untangle anxiety and panic. When we do, the threat is over. Immediately you feel better, as you can finally rest and repair.
